This 3,000 s.f., 1960's Clyde Hill family home in Bellevue, Washington, was beautifully transported from the 1960s to the modern-day: inside and out. The home's exterior was transformed with a stately entry, wood and stone facades, large windows, a water feature, and an expanded garage and driveway. This four-bedroom, four-bath home has a contemporary color pallet and finishes, remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new flooring including hardwood, ceramic tile, and carpet, and features wi-fi, LED lighting, and more. Challenges are common when modernizing an entire home. We solved them with creativity, tenacity, and good old-fashioned hard work.
