You will meet our key team members at your initial onsite meeting to discuss your project. We will dive into the details as we walk through your project. Before you sign a project agreement, you will get to know our team and participate as we discuss all the elements of your project, discuss potential issues, and outline the most efficient construction process. Our collaborative approach helps our team work together synergistically on your project - saving time, managing costs, and keeping your project on schedule.

Jeff Pinorini

Owner

For three decades, Jeff has owned and self-managed multiple residential rental properties, commercial properties, and multi-family properties.

Jeff got into the construction business because of frustrating experiences with contractors. As he accumulated properties, he could not find a construction company that would provide good quality work or show up on time at a reasonable price. As the saying goes, “If you want something done right, do it yourself.” He started Construction Expeditors in 2004. Today, Construction Expeditors has completed too many jobs to list, in every category of construction. Construction Expeditors is in the top nine percent of general contractors in Washington State. The majority of our jobs come through word of mouth. Jeff credits this success to his amazing team.

Daniel Johnson

General Manager

Daniel has an unwavering commitment to your success. With an extensive financial background, he has the skills and trained eye to manage costs to ensure we complete projects on budget. He thrives in a team environment and promotes clear and frequent communication with clients and team members, keeping everyone on the same page – saving time and money and boosting morale. In the fast-paced world of construction, organization is key. Daniel brings a level of order and structure that ensures no detail is overlooked, keeping teams and projects humming along to finish on time.

Vladimir Lozinski

Vladimir was born with a toolbelt and had over 30 years of outstanding training by his father, who had tremendous talent. He has the unique ability to see a project before inception, build it in his head, and clearly communicate it, step-by-step, with team members and clients. Arthur Adamov

Architect

Arthur is an excellent designer and engineer and knows how to explain complex matters in simple terms. He works closely with the team from inception to project completion. He starts each project by designing cost-effective solutions for the best approach. He handles all permitting. His exceptional understanding of building codes (no small feat in Washington State) saves countless hours and the associated costs. Arthur is a skillful problem solver and creates win-win solutions to issues that arise during construction.
