History

We are successful real estate investors and general contractors with over 20 years of experience. Jeff Pinorini founded Construction Expeditors in 2004. In 2005, Jeff purchased his first apartment buildings. After frustrating experiences with contractors, Jeff became a general contractor and began managing his apartment building renovations and repairs. Soon, investor friends began asking Jeff for help. Now, Construction Expeditors is a multi-million dollar general contractor. Jeff continues to run the business from his home office, and we treat every customer and prospective customer with the same respect, transparency, and commitment as our investor friends.
