Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired Construction Expeditors for a complete front remodel that included rebuilding our steps and porch, redoing the retaining wall, opening up the living room view, and adding a small front deck. My wife and I are very visual when it comes to design, so we really appreciated how Jeff and the team patiently iterated with us through architectural drawings and color renderings, meeting several times and offering thoughtful new ideas that actually fit our house until we landed on a design we love. Jeff was also excellent on the budget side—our first concept came in well over, and he helped us make smart adjustments to get it back in line without losing what mattered. Throughout the process his crew was professional, respectful of our home, and flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Constitution Expeditors, and especially Jeff Pinorini, are exceptional to work with. From the first consultation, it was clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction over just getting the job done. Jeff took the time to listen to our vision, offered thoughtful suggestions within our budget, and kept us involved every step of the way.

Throughout our project, they made us feel like their only client. They were incredibly patient with our questions and flexible when we wanted to make minor adjustments to the plan. Jeff is wonderful to work with, keeping us updated daily and resolving any surprises (which always happen in remodeling!) with professionalism and ease. It is rare to find a company that cares this much about the customer experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I engaged Construction Expeditors to do a complete rehab of a 4-Plex I purchased in 2025. Jeff and his team are very organized and addressed all the multitude of issues in a very timely and professional manner. We encountered some hiccups but I really appreciated the timely communication as I was always aware of these new developments that had to be addressed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeff has completed multiple (5?) jobs for me and I have found him fantastic. He holds to his original numbers and his people are great. He completes on schedule. We have done bathrooms and complete apartment remodels. I have recommended him to folks that have been very happy after severe exterior repairs (70+ wooden decks). These guys can do big and small jobs. I would highly recommend Construction Expeditors.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team of Construction Expeditors with Jeff Pinorini did excellent work in repairing and upgrading first 28 and then 15 decks and balconies on two Seattle apartment buildings in 2023 and 2024. They kept on budget and continued the work during sometimes hot weather without interruption in a timely manner. I will gladly hire them back.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeff and his team have completed 2 major projects for our Property Management Firm -- both well over $250k, replacing decks / railings on 2 tenant occupied apartment buildings. The entire team was professional, worked with our tenants, cleaned up daily and were just a breeze to work with. Communication was top notch from beginning, progress updates, and final walk thru. Will hire again & highly recommend :)

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had the pleasure of working with Construction Expeditors on a remodel. The Construction Expeditors team are very customer oriented; they cultivate long-term relationships with their clients.

Jeff and Vladimir are very creative and they help bring their clients dreams to reality. Vladimir is very creative with tile-work, woodwork, and metalwork. He helped design and build a beautiful metal and wood staircase, an amazing modern wood bar, and creative tile-work through out the house.

We had an extensive remodel and extension, impacting the entire house. Jeff worked out a construction schedule that allowed us to live in the house throughout the process. Their team was professional and helped ensure that the site was kept clean and that we were able to live in the house comfortably.

Jeff is extremely customer focused; he focuses on building long-term relationships with his customers. He is transparent, fare, and worked with us on unforeseen changes. Our remodel took place during the pandemic, and we had to make changes due to supply chain issues. Jeff and Vladimir worked with us to find alternate products and make adjustments on the fly. Their partnership, creativity, and transparency helped us navigate the remodel during the pandemic.

We are very happy with the build quality. The Construction Expeditors team is professional in their approach, they are creative in finding solutions, and starting with Jeff, very focused on the clients needs; and, I recommend Construction Expeditors.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a railing job completed in my backyard.

It was not only to enhance my backyard but needed it for safety for my grandchildren and dogs.

Construction Expeditors was one of three contractors I had asked for bids from.

I ended up choosing Construction Expeditors!

Their price wasn’t the lowest bid.

However they had thoroughly explained and answered all of my concerns and questions.

They had genuinely treated me with respect and kindness! They had completed the job on time and made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was done!

I am so happy I had the job done by Construction Expeditors! The railing is beautiful!

I would highly recommend their services and give them a 5 star rating.

I have spent over two years working with construction expeditors and have been thrilled not only with the high quality work, but also the rock solid pricing and attention to detail.

Our first project was a complete bathroom install. We were in a very tight timeline, but Jeff and his team were able to not only complete the project on time, but also installed a custom tile shower that is truly beautiful!

We continued to work with them through the install of a new kitchen in one of our rentals. We needed something that would represent the high end neighborhood the rental is in, while keeping costs down. They handled the entire project, with custom wood cabinets and stone countertops, all while beating out the box stores on quality and pricing.

Finally, we have our 3 story town home. When Jeff and his team came on, it was a half finished basement space. They were able to turn the building into a gorgeous and truly unique home. We had many exotic requests, antique stained glass, antique wood doors, tiles from all over the world, antique light fixtures, and customs bronze bath and kitchen fixtures. The team not only was able to work with us on these items, but made them shine!

Jeff and his team were there with us every step of the way on these projects, and were always willing to work with us on any issues that always arise in projects of this scope. It felt like family working with construction expeditors, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to do a project ranging from a bathroom, to a seaside mansion.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The first time we were involved Construction Expeditors is when in 2018 when we had some deck issues and structural problems with our house on a hill.
Jeff’s team with Vladimir at the lead seamlessly came in and very effortlessly tackled a complex structural problem with expertise and professionalism.
Vladimir always has a "can do" attitude and ever so pleasantly undertakes even the hardest sounding project.
Construction Expeditors has since done 2 bathroom remodels for us , a whole new waterproof deck on 3 levels and had our house lifted a whole inch (as it was sagging down the hill ever so slowly)
Most recently we had a state of the art living room window panel replaced. It is beautiful and came all the way from Poland with all the special features that are not yet available in the US.
As always Vladimir and his team are always punctual, professional and very easy to deal with. They leave the site impeccable after they are done, every day of the work
We have the utmost faith in the quality of their work and most importantly we trust them to be available to follow up should we ever need anything.
Jeff is very prompt in answering all questions by email and keeping a check on progress and coordinating the teams. The team sticks to the projected timeline of completing work and have finished each of the three projects AHEAD of the promised finish date.
We have only had wonderful experiences with them and would be happy to recommend their services to anyone. Also happy to showcase their work or talk to anyone who has questions about their work.

Construction Expeditors is Now Her Go-To Contractor

“I have been in the multi-family business for over 30 years, and we own and operate 140 doors. I have an extensive background in not only apartment building and operations but also construction.

“We are remodeling one of our apartment buildings, and I called Construction Expeditors after seeing an ad in the Rental Housing Association magazine. I contacted Jeff to do an onsite walkthrough with my team. I was extremely skeptical. When Jeff showed up, he answered all of my questions and my team’s questions. He did not pressure me into making any kind of decision. In fact, he recommended that we meet at least 3 more times onsite to do a deep dive on the scope of work to make sure he had everything correctly and he wanted to include his entire team in those meetings. I decided to go ahead and meet with Jeff and his team and ultimately signed a contract with Construction Expeditors.

“It’s not easy to remodel a building that has tenants in it. Jeff and his team made the project seamless. As issues came up, they were addressed in a timely manner to my satisfaction.

“Now, over 2 years later, I have done many projects with Construction Expeditors and have been extremely happy with every project, and they are now my go-to contractor.”
