New Porte Cochere and Hotel Lobby Renovation, Pacific, WA

The 4-story Quality Inn & Suites in Pacific, WA, near Highway 167, is convenient to many popular attractions. We designed and built a new porte cochere and renovated the lobby to transform the hotel entrance.

Constructing the porte cochere included overcoming several site complications while keeping the project on budget and schedule. We used pin pilings as one element of the pillar foundation; they are cost-effective and proven successful.

In the lobby, we renovated the front desk, guest lounge, coffee zone, and computer station. The upgrades include new energy-efficient LED lighting, long-lasting vinyl plank flooring, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, art, wall coverings, and window coverings.
