Modernized and Renovated an Apartment in an Occupied Building
Last renovated in the 1960s, this light-filled apartment retained its historic charm and now boasts modern features throughout and rents for about 30% more than similar units in the building. The renovated apartment has new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, new paint, new LED lighting, and new baseboard heating throughout. The new kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, new cabinets, a glass-top range, a built-in microwave, and a new refrigerator. The bathroom features a new sink with a beautiful, floating vanity, mirror, and upper cabinetry custom-made for the space. The new tub-shower has a custom surround with matching trim.
When renovating an occupied apartment building, we carefully plan and stage our work to minimize any impact on the residents. As always, we completed this renovation on budget and on time, so that the landlord could get it back on the market promptly.
