An unlivable “ugly duckling” house is now a tribute to nature’s beauty, complimented by a host of eclectic treasurers from brass plumbing fixtures to handcrafted leaded glass windows provided by the owners. Working with eclectic pieces adds challenges to ensure elements work well together. Our design and construction leads collaborated with the homeowners to hold to their vision and create a beautiful one-of-a-kind sanctuary they love.

Their new door is adorned with a handmade leaded glass window, new paint, custom fabricated railings, and pretty flower trellises around the corner.
The loft, main floor, and daylight basement with new windows, soffits, lighting, paint, and custom fabricated deck railings.
Handsome, custom-fabricated metal staircases with reclaimed wood treads. We opened up the main floor by replacing walls with a steel pillar.
Their renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, waterfall sides, custom cabinetry, a farm house sink, brass faucets, and handpainted murals.
Their custom wood bookcase and entertainment center feature a rough-hewn mantle, wood trim, and a gas fireplace.
Exquisite, handmade pounded metal and wood doors to a full bathroom.
New doors, window, lighting, LVP flooring, and custom wood trim throughout complement their views of nature’s beauty.
Full bath with custom brass plumbing and shower curtain rods for a claw foot tub, wall tiles, and floor files.
The loft features a row of custom leaded glass windows that face the main/ground floor (into the kitchen).
The unfinished daylight basement is now a warm, inviting, and beautiful space.
The new master shower has floor-to-ceiling tile, brass plumbing, digital water temperature controls, and built-in shelves and seating.
