Scope: Rebranded the hotel from Clarion to La Quinta Inn & Suites and renovated all guest areas including the exterior, all of the guest common areas, and all 115 guest rooms.

Scope: renovated the hotel lobby and restrooms, 115 guest rooms, and hallways with a fresh, new look.

Scope: Renovate the front desk, lobby, self-service dining room, pool and Jacuzzi areas, and 26 guest rooms in this 4-story hotel. Quality materials and quality workmanship ensure the hotel’s investment will look beautiful for many years and deliver exceptional value for the owners.

Scope: Renovate 72 guest rooms and suites in this 4-story hotel near the Tacoma Mall. The renovated rooms are a savvy investment for the property owner - modern rooms which attract more guests plus energy-saving lighting, water conserving fixtures, and durable, easy-to-clean flooring, countertops, and wall coverings.

Scope: Design and build a port cochere from the ground up and renovate the lobby. Constructing the port cochere included overcoming a number of site complications while still keeping the project on-budget and on-schedule. We used pin pilings as one element of the pillar foundation; they are cost effective and proven successful. The new port cochere and lobby beautifully transform the hotel entrance.
